The 35th annual Winter Festival of Lights is taking place this winter in Niagara Falls from November 18th 2017 to January 31st, 2018, lighting up and transforming the city into a sparkling winter wonderland. You can visit Niagara Falls this winter and experience the amazing illumination festival by stopping by Queen Victoria Park, Dufferin Islands and the city’s main tourist district, and also by driving along the breathtaking 8km festival route.

This year, you can look forward to seeing millions of twinkling lights in one-of-a-kind displays like the world’s largest Canadian-American flag, Noah’s Ark, Canadian wildlife, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and the iconic Zimmerman Fountain. The festival also offers a 3D Projection Mapping Show on Fallsview Boulevard, illumination of the Canadian Niagara Power Plant, weekly fireworks shows, the Deck the Falls Holiday Walking Tour, nightly illumination of Niagara Falls, the Festival of Stars Concerts, Niagara Falls New Year’s Eve Concert, and more.

So whether you’re looking to have a romantic winter getaway or a family-friendly vacation, Niagara Falls is the place to be this winter.
