Tony has more than 30 years experience writing and discussing wines and is the founder of the Ontario Wine Awards, a columnist for the Globe and Mail, and the author of “The Wine Atlas of Canada”. Tony’s approach to his selections for the Rainbow Room was quite simple-select the finest vintages from around the World while placing a strong emphasis on Niagara’s rich abundance of award winning wineries. Selected in conjunction with the newly refined Rainbow Room menu, the wine list offers the perfect accompaniment for every meal.
