1. What time is check in and check out at the Crowne Plaza Hotel?

At the Crowne Plaza Hotel, check in starts at 4:00pm, and our check out time is 11:00am.

2. Where and how do I park my car, and how much is parking?

Guests may park their vehicle in our easily accessible indoor covered self-parking garage for $39 plus taxes per night.

3. Where is Casino Niagara in relation to the hotel?

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is directly connected to Casino Niagara through an internal walkway.

4. Do you offer shuttles to the Fallsview Casino Resort?

Shuttles are not offered directly from the hotel to the Fallsview Casino, however there is a FREE Casino shuttle that runs on Friday, Saturdays, and OLG Stage event dates between the two casinos that guests can access by showing a hotel room keycard, or Momentum card. The shuttle departs on the 15’s (00:15, 00:45) at the Casino Niagara Level 3 entrance between 4:00pm-12:30am.

The Crowne Plaza offers guests a variety of packages. These getaways include hotel accommodations and may include fallsview dining, waterpark passes and attractions on the Falls Avenue Resort to mention only a few. Please feel free to visit our Hotel Packages page for more information and pricing.

6. Is the Crowne Plaza Hotel Pet Friendly?

Unfortunately, the Crowne Plaza Hotel does not accept pets.

7. How do I get to the Crowne Plaza Hotel?

8. Does the Crowne Plaza Hotel have a pool for guests?

The Crowne Plaza Hotel has an indoor pool which is located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The pool area hours are 9:00am – 9:00pm. The Crowne Plaza is also directly connected to the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark which is also available to guests of the hotel for a fee.

9. Are fridges and or microwaves available in the guestrooms?

Microwaves are not available in guestrooms, refrigerators are available for your stay for a rental charge of $25 plus taxes. (Subject to availability)
