I recently attended a business conference at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Niagara Falls the service was excellent and the staff more then willing to accommodate your every need. I found the rooms a little small however they were very comfortable and clean. The staff throughout the Hotel were friendly and always eager to go that extra step. I have attended this business conference for a number of years now all across Canada and can say with out a doubt that the food catered to the conference and the hotel staff were one of the best that I have encountered. The hotel is located within walking distance to many attractions and shopping opportunities which made it easy to enjoy them in my spare time. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a great time whether vacationing or business.
